はじめに『e-tax』とは･･･
e-taxは、政府の｢e-JAPAN｣構想に基づき、国税に関する申告・納税を
電子化(ネット上で完結する)するシステムの総称です。
元々、一部税目だけ適用されていたOCR型式の申告・納付を、全税目に
適用したＫＳＫ(国税債権管理システム)も、2000年前後にまとまった
ところだったのが、取引の電子化が世間で進んできたこともあいまって、この
e-tax構想の実現が進み、2003年からは名古屋国税局管内を中心に
運用テストがはじまった。
従来、電子帳票保存法などの法律があり、帳票の電子化は、税務署長の
承認において可能であったが、しかし2005年4月より電子文書法が制定
され、取引に係るものを電子化して保存することが可能となり、その
影響を受けて、電子帳票保存法も改訂された。
(基本的に国税の場合は電子帳票保存法を適用することとし
必要な帳票類の保管は、やはり承認手続きが必要)
